Boundary Surveys – From residential lots to large commercial sites and rural timberland parcels, we can take the process from the initial research, to the field work, through the final platting process to provide our clients a full line up of services.
GPS Surveys – In addition to traditional surveying work we also offer high accuracy, global positioning system (GPS) surveys to ensure that all of our work is tied to state plane coordinates.
Topographic/As-built Surveys – We can prepare detailed, existing condition, topographic and as-built surveys for the proposed development of land, for final record drawings of new utility and infrastructure installations and for final closings on new residential and commercial buildings.
Hydrographic Mapping – We are equipped with the latest sonar, in addition to our GPS system, to provide our clients with accurate Hydrographic surveys of shallow to medium depths of water along rivers or the Intracoastal Waterway. Our knowledge of water boundaries, federal channel limits, riparian and littoral rights is of great benefit to our clients.
Residential and Commercial Subdivisions – In conjunction with Civil Engineering services we provide the platting, submittals and lot corner staking for large and small subdivisions.
