Cameron Village, Horry County, SC - Cameron Village, a residential community, is a redevelopment of the Raccoon Run Golf Course from 2005 when a Planned Development District (PDD) was prepared by DDC Engineers and approved by Horry County. This residential development is 216± acres located on Grand Oak Boulevard off Highway 707 in Horry County, South Carolina.
DDC provided the rezoning, surveying and civil engineering services for four (4) final phases within the development. These phases included new roads, water, sewer, drainage infrastructure and stormwater detention ponds to serve forty (40) multi-family units consisting of seven (7) four-unit buildings, and two (2) six-unit buildings and one hundred and thirty-five (135) single-family home sites.
